Where is my invitation?
Saved invitations are in My invitations whenever you are signed in, on any device. Before you sign in, drafts stay in this browser for 7 days after your last edit.
Saving and publishing
Select Save draft to keep your changes in your account. When the details are ready, publish to get a link to share. The link stays the same when you publish again after an edit.
I paid, but downloads are still locked
Downloads usually unlock within a few minutes of payment. Open Export image in the editor to check again. If the checkout page says the payment needs checking, contact support with the order number it shows.
Deleting your account
Select your initial at the top of the page, then Delete account. Deletion signs you out everywhere and permanently deletes your invitations and guest responses straight away; your photos are removed shortly after. It cannot be undone. You can sign up again with the same email address, but you start with a new, empty account. Export guest responses you want to keep first. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
