Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of InviteCraft. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and NoorByte ("we", "us", or "our"), which operates InviteCraft. By creating an account, publishing an invitation, making a payment, or otherwise using InviteCraft, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a payment.
You agree to give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. The service
InviteCraft lets you design digital invitations from templates, save them to your account, publish them at a shareable link with a QR code, and collect RSVPs from your guests. Some designs and features are free; others require an event pack.
We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the text, photos, and other material you add to your invitations ("your content").
You grant NoorByte a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, and display your content only as needed to operate the service, including showing a published invitation to anyone who has its link. This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in backups until they are overwritten.
You are responsible for your content, and you confirm that you have every right and permission needed to use it, including the consent of anyone whose name, photo, or details appear in it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or threatening;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or create misleading or fraudulent invitations or events;
- infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- send spam, or collect guest information for any purpose unrelated to your event;
- upload malicious code, or interfere with, overload, or try to bypass the security, rate limits, or payment checks of the service;
- copy, resell, or redistribute our templates or designs outside the invitations you create.
6. Guests and RSVP information
When guests reply to your invitation, you receive their responses, which may include names, party sizes, and contact details. You are responsible for using this information only to organise your event and for handling it in line with applicable data protection law.
7. Event packs and payments
An event pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium designs and watermark-free image downloads for a single invitation. It is not a subscription and cannot be transferred to another invitation or account.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay and are also subject to Razorpay's terms. We never receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.
An event pack is unlocked only after Razorpay confirms your payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Our intellectual property
InviteCraft and its templates, designs, artwork, and software belong to NoorByte or its licensors. Apart from your content, nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of anything to you.
You may use images you export from the service for your own event, for example by sharing them with your guests or printing them. Free exports include visible branding, which you must not remove or obscure.
9. Suspension, deletion, and retention
We may remove content, unpublish an invitation, or suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or the law, or puts the service, our users, or others at risk. Where appropriate, we will tell you why.
You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account from your account page using your password, or contact us at the address below for help. Export invitations and guest responses you want to keep before deleting them. Account deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Account deletion permanently deletes your account details, invitations, and guest responses at once, and queues your photos for removal. An invitation you delete on its own, with its guest responses, becomes eligible for permanent cleanup after 30 days. Cleanup is periodic and may take longer or require additional attention if activity was already in progress. The Privacy Policy explains retention, payment records, backups, and how to request help with removal.
An uploaded invitation photo may be removed once its upload is more than 30 days old if it is not referenced by a saved invitation when cleanup checks. Browser-only drafts do not reserve uploaded photos. Keep a copy of your original photos. Archiving an invitation hides it from guests but does not delete it.
Deleting an invitation or account does not transfer an event pack to another invitation or account, and does not automatically issue a refund. Refund requests remain subject to our Refund Policy.
10. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that published invitations or data will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoorByte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify NoorByte against any claims, losses, and costs arising from your content or from your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
If you have a concern, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, give notice on the site. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
